Tiny bistro in Ribble Valley named in Michelin Guide - just six months after it opened
An "endearing little bistro" in Lancashire's Ribble Valley has been named in the latest update to prestigious foodie directory The Michelin Guide. Fell Bistro in Longridge has made the latest list of the mysterious Michelin inspectors "favourite new restaurants" for February.
Set menus start from just £21 for two courses or £27 for three on their "early bird menu". A full a la carte is served in the evenings, with dishes including Goosnargh chicken for £18, roast cod for £18.50, treacle pork cutlet for £20 and a range of steaks on the grill including a fillet steak for £35.
"We set out to create a neighbourhood bistro where you can come relax and enjoy great food. It really feels like we're on the right track when we hear news like this," Oli added. "The team has worked incredibly hard to achieve such great reviews in such a short space of time. We have some exciting things planned for the future of Fell."
