A tiny Italian town in Sicily is selling homes for just 85p - but you have to renovate them within one year

Besides all of the traditional culinary delights the region possesses, the town is also home to a medieval castle and ancient churches.Buyers must agree to renovate their new homes within a year of purchase or they will lose their $8000 security deposit.All the properties are listed on a website The town has engineers and architects available to help with the renovations but the new residents are also able to assemble their own crews.
