TK Maxx has long been a go-to destination for bargain hunters looking to snag designer items without the hefty price tag. However, many shoppers may not be aware that the tags on TK Maxx items can actually clue them in on the best deals. A former TK Maxx employee has now spilled the beans on what those mysterious codes on the price tags signify.
He explained: 'The main three codes are one, two, and seven. 'So one means produced for TK Maxx, two means it is a 'close out buy', so it's stock that they've got at a deal that was existing stock that is unsold from another brand, and seven is what they call 'packaway', which means it's been packed from a previous year.' Dan suggests that savvy shopping could include purchasing items like Christmas crackers in January to save for the next festive season.
