TMZ has come under fire for releasing photos of late singer Liam Payne 's body following his heartbreaking death in Argentina this Wednesday. The US-based entertainment news giant initially posted images that displayed sections of Liam's arm and waist, revealing tattoos that aided identification after a tragic balcony fall at Buenos Aires' Casa Sur Hotel.
They altered their description to: "TMZ has seen a photo showing Liam's body on the deck at the hotel with tables and chairs nearby. You can clearly see his tattoos - a clock on his left forearm, and a scorpion on his abdomen - which helped us confirm early reports from witnesses." Another shocked individual commented, "No matter how you felt about liam payne, posting pictures of his dead body is f**king mental."
And someone else simply expressed despair at society's values: "The world has lost the value of respect."
