TNT Sports were scheduled to show Everton's final Goodison Park Merseyside derby against Liverpool.
Everton's Premier League clash with Liverpool was postponed due to safety concerns sparked by Storm Darragh after high winds and heavy rain battered the region. The 245th Merseyside derby was scheduled to be the last at Goodison Park ahead of the Blues' move to Bramley Moore - but will be rescheduled after today's postponement .
Broadcaster TNT Sports had the rights to show the encounter and were primed to begin live coverage at 11am, an hour-and-a-half before the 12.30pm kick-off. Following the clash between two of Merseyside's premier teams, TNT were going to lead into the Premiership Women's rugby from Bristol Bears as they were due to take on the Chiefs. Instead, Liverpool's win over Real Madrid from the end of November will be shown as well as their win over Aston Villa at the beginning of last month.
