. The entire series is fantastic, but the first book is incredible. I’ve seen the Broadway musical and while I enjoyed it a great deal, it doesn’t capture everything from the books, which are darker and more cynical.and the two leads at the time, Alyssa Fox and McKenzie Kurtz who are both fantastic. It’s also just really fun to hear Schwartz talk about making the musical. This is one of my top 5 Tiny Desks.
In any case, it’s 2XP Friday so we double our winnings and losses in Competitive Wordle today. Let’s do it!Every day I check Wordle Bot to help analyze my guessing game. You can check your Wordles with Wordle Bot, actually—after this 2-guess W. SCOUR was my attempt to start my guessing game out with a “U” word, since for the last few days we’ve gotten odd words with odd vowels in them. Today, the ‘U’ was not a winner, but SCO all came back yellow.
The first word I thought of was CHAOS. Wordle Bot informed me later that 5 words remained at this point, including DISCO which I might have guessed had I thought of it. Fortunately for me, I am a CHAOTIC GOOD barbarian and got my Wordle in two. Huzzah!I get 2 points for guessing in two and 1 point for beating the Bot who took three tries today. That’s 3 points X2 for 2XP Friday=6 points. 6 FRIGGIN POINTS FOR ME. Good luck beating me today, folks. If anyone does, please do let me know.
If you beat your opponent you get 1 point. If you tie, you get 0 points. And if you lose to your opponent, you get -1 point. Add it up to get your score. Keep a daily running score or just play for a new score each day.The word"chaos" has its roots in ancient Greek. The original Greek word is"χάος" , which means"void,""chasm," or"abyss.
The word was adopted into Latin as"chaos," retaining its original meaning of a formless or empty void. In English, it entered the language in the late 14th century, initially meaning a vast chasm or abyss. By the 16th century, the meaning had evolved to denote a state of utter confusion or disorder, which is the sense in which we commonly use the word today.
