Countryfile host Tom Heap talks life behind the scenes 'Don't get together much' countryfile

The presenter regularly fronts Countryfile investigations alongside hosting BBC Radio Four's environment show Costing the Earth and Panorama on rural and energy issues.The investigative journalist has revealed that he often works solo on the programme because the presenters often have to film at different locations.
