Tom Holland reveals he had been sober for one year and four months.
Tom Holland has publicly shared the realisation of his alcohol addiction and his journey to sobriety.
He shared that his path to sobriety began with participating in ‘dry January', after a particularly indulgent holiday season. “I was like, "Wow, maybe I have a little bit of an alcohol thing," so I sort of decided to just punish myself and say I'll do February as well, I'll do two months off.” Now, a year and a half into his sobriety journey, he shared that the thought of having a drink no longer crosses his mind. Instead, he has discovered fantastic and healthy alternatives, such as a non-alcoholic beer filled with electrolytes.
