Sandoval read to producers an email he sent to Madix two months prior, which stated: 'I will give you $600,000 cash. Based on the math, this is a buyout that is equivalent to us selling the property for $3.1 million, which is way above Zillow and Redfin value and definitely above market value. The couple were together for nearly 10 years until Sandoval engaged in an affair with their friend and Vanderpump Rules castmate, Rachel Leviss.Previously, Madix sued her co-star and now-ex in early January over their $2 million Valley Village home, which they co-own.
They read that Ariana wants a 'partition by sale' which essentially means that she wants a judge to order them to sell the home in order to divide the proceeds.
