Tommy shared a fresh update with his followers just 24 hours after his ex shared her latest YouTube vlog
Tommy Fury has said he is 'feeling incredible' in the wake of his split from Molly-Mae Hague. The pair confirmed they'd parted ways after five years together last month.
Tommy, 25, has given a glimpse into his life since their shock break-up in a new video and appeared to be in good spirits as he spoke about his version of 'therapy'. The boxer filmed the new footage while partaking in an early morning run in the countryside before updating his fans after completing four miles. He told fans he felt "incredible" after "clearing his head" with exercise.
"The best way of therapy for me is getting out first thing, clearing your head...going out there on a nice long run, fresh air. There's nothing better. There really is nothing better. It sets you up so good for the day. I'm going go and have a nice coffee and a shower and there you are, set for the day, guys."
