Tommy Fury, the undefeated professional boxer, details his rigorous training regimen that includes weight lifting, cardio, and a variety of workouts, emphasizing its importance for his physical and mental well-being. He also shares his struggles with alcohol and his commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Tommy Fury has been candid about his go-to exercise routine that keeps him in top shape. The undefeated professional boxer emphasized the key role of weight training in both his strength and cardio workouts. The 25-year-old, boasting a clean record of 10 wins in the ring, delved into how weightlifting has been a cornerstone of his fitness regimen since his adolescence. During an interview with Men's Health, Tommy stated, 'Strength training is massive.

Lifting weights and doing training with weights is something I've done since I was 12 or 13.' The 6-foot-tall cruiserweight boxer, weighing around 13st, also touched upon the mental health benefits of his weightlifting routine. He shared, 'I can remember being outside with my dad as a lad doing a weights circuit with him, following him around. I used to follow him on runs too. I basically looked at my dad and thought 'right, if that's what he does, I need to do the same'. When I got older, I started training with him. 'I've been in and around it the whole time and strength training keeps you fit, it keeps you strong, and it keeps your body nice and tight. I think you need weights to be strong and also, mentally, it is unbelievable,' as reported by Surrey Live. In a revealing interview, Tommy opened up about his struggles with alcohol, linking it to the breakdown of his relationship with his former fiancée, Molly-Mae Hague. The couple, who rose to fame on Love Island and separated last August, are parents to their daughter Bambi, who is about to celebrate her second birthday. The Manchester native admitted that his drinking intensified while he was sidelined from training due to hand surgery. Now back on track, Tommy has shared insights into his rigorous training regimen as he prepares for a comeback. 'At the moment, training is hectic. It's usually pretty hectic but even more so now because I've had a long lay-off from last year so I'm trying to get as fit as I can and as strong as I can,' he explained. Tommy, half-brother to former world champion Tyson Fury, is engaging in a variety of workouts including running, swimming, lifting weights, boxing, and circuit training. He added, 'Right now, I'm basically doing every sort of training. I'm doing running, I'm doing swimming, I'm doing weights, I'm doing boxing, I'm doing circuits - whatever I can get my hands on, I'm just doing it. That's what my training is looking like right now. 'I'm on a healthy plan eating the right foods, drinking the right drinks, and getting enough sleep. Everything is dialled in at the minute.
