Tommy Robinson WILL face contempt of court trial
ENGLISH Defence League founder Tommy Robinson will face a fresh hearing over an allegation he committed contempt of court by filming people in a criminal trial and posting the footage online.
The contempt of court case was referred to Mr Cox late last year, by Nicholas Hilliard, the Recorder of London, and after considering it the Attorney General has decided there are grounds to bring fresh proceedings. "As proceedings are now under way, it would not be appropriate to comment further and I remind everyone that it is an offence to comment on live court cases."
