TONY BLAIR appeared to make a massive u-turn after admitting the United Kingdom will 'remain a great country' after Brexit despite repeatedly warning British voters about the dire consequences of leaving the European Union.
Despite his upbeat forecast, the former Prime Minister reiterated his support for ato confirm the willingness of the country to leave the European Union by the new October 31 deadline.
