Both Tottenham and Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing PSG striker Randal Kolo Muani on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Tottenham and Manchester United are set to battle for the signing of a World Cup finalist in the January transfer window, according to David Ornstein. Both Ange Postecoglou and Ruben Amorim are eager to strengthen their squads in January, although their clubs' financial situations differ significantly. Amorim has indicated that United's January business will likely be limited due to Financial Fair Play unless they sell players.
Spurs, on the other hand, are in a more favorable position and have already completed the signing of Czech Republic goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky for around £12.5 million. David Ornstein reports that the north London club is already focusing on their second signing, with United also targeting the same player. Sources claim that PSG striker Randal Kolo Muani is of interest to both clubs, who aim to secure a loan deal until the end of the season. The France international, who missed a crucial opportunity in extra time of the World Cup final, joined PSG for €90 million in 2023. However, Kolo Muani has been excluded from PSG's squad by manager Luis Enrique in recent weeks, suggesting a January move away from the club is imminent. French outlet Telefoot reports that if a loan deal is agreed upon, PSG would demand an option for the loaning club to buy Kolo Muani at the end of the season. They have already rejected a straight loan offer from fellow Ligue 1 side Monaco following their star striker Folarin Balogun's serious injury
