Tottenham owner Daniel Levy has been told to step down for the sake of the club as the pressure builds on Ange Postecoglou.

That’s according to Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher , who says it’s time for ‘somebody else’ to take control at the club. Spurs threw away a two-goal lead against Chelsea on Sunday as they lost 4-3 to their London rivals. It’s the 19th defeat in 43 games for Ange Postecoglou, with Spurs languishing in 11th.
Carragher says Levy should step down ‘It’s probably time for somebody else to come in because to not win a trophy in that period of time with the managers they have had, they’ve never really gone out of their way in the transfer market,’ Carragher said on Sky Sports. ‘They’ve spent decent money without blowing other teams out of the water, their wage bill is always one of the smallest and you’re never going to get the best players.
