submission published on Wednesday revealed Tottenham Hotspur Limited issued 5.8 million shares across two tranches between 13-31 December.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and members of his family own a 29.88 per cent stake in ENIC, with Joe Lewis’s family holding the remaining 70.12 per cent.It was widely reported last year Levy has been in talks to sell a 10 per cent stake in Tottenham that could value the club at up to £3.75billion.The development of their 62,850-capacity stadium is believed to have boosted Spurs’ value and attractiveness since it opened in 2019.
