BREAKING: A tour boat capsized while inside a cave in upstate New York, sparking an emergency rescue effort to save the passengers.
The boat had the capacity to carry up to 36 people, theStreets surrounding the cave, which is about 20 miles east of Niagara Falls, were closed to allow rescue vehicles to enter.
It was not immediately known if there were any injuries and how the boat capsized into the frigid cave waters.Tours have operated inside the cave system since 1977,
