Amber Turner has sparked backlash after sharing photos from her getaway to Bali with the The Only Way Is Essex cast. The reality TV star shared a collection of snaps from the getaway, which was filmed for the ITVBe show, but fans spotted an upsetting detail.
While dozens flocked to gush over Amber, others were left concerned after spotting the elephant's tusk has been cut. Some left comments under her post as they raised concerns. An elephant's tusks - which are actually enlarged teeth - continue to grow throughout their lives. However, they will not grow back once they have been cut off. Tusks may be cut if an elephant is kept in "captive elephant facilities", according to thecalltoconserve.com, and some ivory hunters also cut tusks to sell.
Dan has now moved on with co-star Ella, 23, with the pair growing close during the TOWIE cast's trip to Bali. The duo were seen passionately kissing in scenes that aired on the ITVBe reality show.
