Fran Parman has shown off her incredible physique as she walked her dog in figure-baring workout gear following her two and a half stone weight loss.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star wore her long brunette locks down as it rested over her shoulder. The stunning reality star has recently changed up her look after being targeted by vile trolls over her weight as she made a brief return to the hit ITVBe reality show. In April, Fran bravely opened up to OK! online about her unhealthy relationship with food, admitting she had an eating disorder as she was growing up.
