TOWIE star Frankie Sims shows off impressive 11lbs weight loss after losing body confidence during lockdown
TOWIE star Frankie Sims has revealed her impressive 11lbs weight loss after embarking on a 30-day health and fitness kick.
Frankie’s underwear shots revealed her impressive body transformation, with the star thanking Harry for encouraging her and joining her on the health and fitness journey. In the first picture, I had gained about 11lbs by sitting around at the beginning of isolation, eating exactly what I wanted, being to lazy to exercise or drink water.
“THANKFULLY , Harry was in the same position, our crap diet had led him to loosing muscle & become a bit skinny. And obviously he lost all body definition due to not training & sitting on the sofa with me. “Anyway- very thankful for @1harrylee - and very thankful I’ll be leaving isolation feeling more confident than I expected to. This is not my finished result- I’m starting my second 30 day cut on the 2nd July. this is just the beginning of the new me.
