Owners and city officials cut the ribbon on the 26-unit apartment complex they worked on for two years.

In addition to gated security, the complex has amenities including a swimming pool and washer and dryer. The apartments located on North Oates Street in downtown Dothan are in an area where people gather for food, music, and fellowship but it is also in a place that has seen its fair share of crime.
