We started the day with rain and a handful of lightning strikes. More rain is on the way. Storms this afternoon and evening bring a threat of severe weather and flooding.Heavy rain with a threat of damaging winds and hailSoutheast is under a 2 out of 5 on severe threat level for Friday.More storms are expected Saturday. In fact, the moderate flood threat includes all of SE Texas.The front finally moves through Sunday. We’ll start the day with more thunderstorms.
The front lowers temperatures next week. Highs are only in the 60s Tuesday with a morning temperature in the 40s. We have another chance of rain Wednesday and Thursday.Email Address
