A trailer crash on the West side led to three hospitalized and quite the traffic nightmare. According to the San Antonio Police Department, the incident happened near the 5400 block of US Highway 90 West around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

According to the San Antonio Police Department , the incident happened near the 5400 block of US Highway 90 West around 4 p.m. Wednesday. Police share that a white pickup truck carrying a trailer was headed westbound when all of a sudden the trailer started swaying. The driver of the pickup truck lost control and struck a concrete wall.
Behind the pickup truck was another driver who saw the trailer swerving, tried to avoid it, and lost control. The driver then crossed the median and struck an oncoming vehicle going eastbound. Three people involved in the accident were transported to University Hospital in stable condition and are expected to be okay
