Emergency services are currently dealing with an incident between Newton-le-Willows and Manchester Victoria/Deansgate. National Rail said this means all lines are blocked and trains may be delayed by up to 60 minutes, cancelled or diverted. Northern, TransPennine Express and Transport for Wales services are all impacted. The disruption is expected to last two hours until 1pm.
