Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne is leading a campaign to encourage complaints to the attorney-general’s office that the sentencing of Peter Selby was unduly lenient.A judge deemed last week that a jail sentence was unnecessary because Selby, 68, was “manageable in the community” and had sought therapy, but also considered Selby’s gender identity.
