A broken down bus has caused 'significant tailbacks' along Mansfield Road. Traffic is affecting inbound vehicles following the incident, which took place just after the junction with Forest Road East.

Reports suggest the wait time is currently around 20 minutes. There is also congestion towards Winchester Street and Mapperley Road. Nottingham City Transport has confirmed there are delays affecting their Brown, Lime, Yellow and Purple lines. Motorists have been urged to seek alternative routes for the timebeing.

Nottingham Travelwise tweeted: "Broken down bus on A60 Mansfield Road inbound just after junction with Forest Road East. This is causing significant tailbacks to inbound traffic."
