Travis frontman Fran Healy has told how he accidentally caused an entire hotel to be evacuated after burning toast in the early hours of the morning.
The 51-year-old, who is gearing up for the Healy UK leg of Travis's tour starting in Manchester tonight, admitted that his early-morning craving for beans on toast had set off the fire alarm- forcing all guests to evacuate.He wrote on X, formly known as Twitter: “ I was staying at Kingsland Locke Hotel in Dalston for the last five days before this UK leg of the Travis tour. The day I was checking out, jet lag woke me at 5am, so I thought I’d make some beans on toast.
