THE TREASURY is set to receive a £1billion 'VAT windfall' from the expected rise in energy bills in April according to Tory MPs.
Craig Mackinlay, who chairs the climate change sceptic Net Zero Scrutiny Group said that the Treasury needed to look again at the windfall.
