Lorcán Branagan 'lit up a room with his infectious smile and laugh' says his sister, who is reeling from the second family tragedy.

Lorcán Branagan was reported missing to police after he was last seen on King Street Wharf at Darling Harbour at about 3.30am on Sunday.

"I truly admired him throughout my life - particularly his sense of drive, hard work and ability to light up a room with his infectious smile and laugh," she said."It breaks my heart how you were taken in such tragic circumstances."This $35 million-plus property is already being called one of the most iconic yet, and it doesn't even have a house on it.
