Police received calls at about 5.50am about a seriously burnt man A Liverpool McDonald’s worker who died after he ‘set himself on fire’ has been named by colleagues as Dave. The fast-food restaurant confirmed that Dave, 49, worked in the branch on Queens Drive, Walton, before his death. He was found covered in serious burns in the early hours of October 26 but died the following day in hospital.
