TRNSMT Festival in Glasgow has announced a new wave of artists joining its already impressive lineup for this summer's event. The festival, known for showcasing both established and emerging talent, will feature a diverse range of musical acts spanning across genres.
TRNSMT has amplified the excitement surrounding this summer's Glasgow Green music extravaganza by revealing a fresh batch of artists set to grace the stage. These additions join an already stellar lineup featuring headliners such as 50 Cent , Biffy Clyro , Snow Patrol , The Script , Fontaines D.C. , and Gracie Abrams . Adding to the Friday festivities are the indie-pop duo Good Neighbours and YouTuber-turned-Podcaster Arthur Hill .
The 9-member LA music collective NOFUN! will also take center stage, blending genres ranging from alternative rock to hip-hop. Homegrown talent will be prominently showcased on Saturday and Sunday at Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT. Glasgow's own Lucia & the Best Boys have joined the lineup following their successful UK headline tour. Joining them will be the five-piece band Brògeal from Falkirk, known for their distinctive fusion of Scottish folk and punk. They'll be sharing the stage with legendary Scottish headliners Biffy Clyro, who were announced last year. The festival promises a showcase of some of Scotland's finest and most eclectic musical talent ahead of adopted hometown headliners Snow Patrol on Sunday. Prepare to be serenaded by the soulful sounds of Scotland's own Tom Walker, performing his chart-topping hits that have garnered millions of listeners worldwide, such as 'Leave the Light On'. Following his viral sensation of 19th Century sea shanty covers in 2021, Nathan Evans and The Saint Phnx Band return with their unique folk-pop sound. Rolling Stone UK's rising star and one-to-watch, Edinburgh-born Brooke Combe, will bring a soulful touch to Sunday's lineup. Adding to the excitement, Kyle Falconer, frontman of The View, will return to Glasgow Green following the release of his third solo album.
