There is a strict age guideline for those attending TRNSMT festival this weekend, as organisers warn underage attendees not to bother 'chancing' it and sneaking in with fake identification.
Festival organisers have warned TRNSMT attendees to not 'chance their luck' if they are not of age to attend the three-day music fiesta this weekend.
Festival manager Colin Rodger has warned off under-16s from attending the festival, as he told the Glasgow Times that Police Scotland would be cracking down on illegal entry's."We have a set age limit and having a fake ID is illegal in Scotland and you can get handed over to the police. That is the process that we have got set up.
"Young people should follow the rules and not chance it. Those over 16 should also make sure their behaviour, once they are inside, is acceptable.So, what are the entry rules for TRNSMT Festival 2023?Who can attend TRNSMT 2023? According to the official TRNSMT terms and conditions, No under 16s are allowed entry into the festival.
A challenge 25 policy will be in operation at the event, so people are expected to produce photographic ID, if they look under the age of 25.Access to the bar is restricted to those aged 18 and over, and entry will be refused both to the bar and upon entry if you don't bear a resemblance to the ID you are carrying.
