“Debbie is constantly coming into the store and harassing the customers, including touching their food,” the report continued. “ warned Debbie that she would be trespassed and taken to jail. “Debbie then intentionally pushed the victim in the chest area, attempting to pass her to get to another customer.The victim described Debra Stewart, what she was wearing, and where she lives.“It should be noted,” the deputy wrote in the arrest report, “prior to my arrival at the incident location, I observed an older wearing a pink shirt and black pants walking across the parking lot coming from the direction of the restaurant.
