Bragg says the allegations relate to a “catch and kill” scheme used by Trump and his associates in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election to “identify, purchase, and bury negative information about him and boost his electoral prospects”. in exchange for or signing over the rights, “in perpetuity,” to a rumour that the president had fathered a child with an employee at Trump World Tower, a skyscraper he owns near the United Nations.The contract between Sajudin and American Media Incorporated would penalise Sajudin for $US1 million if he disclosed either the rumour or the terms of his agreement with the tabloid’s parent company.
