Former President Donald Trump said on Thursday he has not fallen asleep during his hush money trial.last month Trump “appeared to nod off” several times as he purportedly lowered his head to his chest and slackened his mouth.
Trump is facing charges of falsifying business records for allegedly giving Stormy Daniels, a porn star, hush money in 2016 to quiet allegations he had sex with her a decade prior. Trump criticized the jurors as liberal actors on April 17 while alleging a week prior 95% of them were Democrats. Trump also attacked Michael Cohen, who served as the former president’s lawyer before providing damaging testimony against him in several cases.
