Donald Trump's acting head of national intelligence is giving evidence to Congress over allegations that the president abused his office to try to get Ukraine to meddle in the 2020 presidential
The acting director, who the president appointed to the position nearly a month ago, released a statement ahead of his public testimony saying, “In light of recent reporting on the whistle-blower complaint, I want to make clear that I have upheld my responsibility to follow the law every step of the way.”
