Trump says ‘maybe’ he was shot due to Dems rhetoric
Former President Donald Trump speculated Tuesday that he was shot because opponents call him a “threat to Democracy,” as FBI investigators
“Maybe it’s the reason I was shot. Who knows? Rhetorically, it’s a terrible thing to say about somebody like me, but they say it all the time,” he added. The agency is conducting an investigation and said it found Crooks searching for how far Lee Harvey Oswald was from President John F. Kennedy during that assassination, and that he could have made “antisemitic and anti-immigrant” posts online.
“And actually, they’re the threat. Joe Biden is incompetent and then they took his 14 million votes and gave it to somebody else instead of going to a primary system,” Trump said. The GOP nominee said Vice President Kamala Harris – who Biden endorsed as his replacement – is “far more incompetent” and “more radical” than the sitting president.
