Tuchel dismisses Neville ‘panic’ claim as Chelsea boss hails ‘fantastic’ insomniac BoehlyChelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has dismissed Gary Neville’s claim that new owner Todd Boehly’s approach in the transfer window has been panicky.
