Police attended following reports of a disturbance.
Police were called to Bell Street, near Connolly's bar around 12.10am after the incident unfolded.
A 60-year-old and 49-year-old man were arrested and charged in connection with the disturbance while two women, aged 35 and 36, have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
