A man and a woman have been charged in connection with the crash that claimed the life of Chinenye Vera Okonkwo on February 2.
Chinenye Vera Okonkwo, from Nigeria, was struck on St Vincent Street on Thursday, February 2, around 7.40pm. The 33-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Chinenye was described as a "wonderful, kind, intelligent young woman" by those who loved and knew her. In a statement released via Police Scotland, her family said: “Chinenye was a wonderful, kind, intelligent young woman with a strong faith in God. She had a passion to succeed and whatever obstacles she faced were overcome.
