Two men have been charged with murdering a wheelchair user who died six days after being assaulted and robbed in his home in Birmingham.

Ian Knowles, 18, from Smethwick, and Ismaila Mohamed, 19, from Hay Mills, had both previously been charged with robbery. On Monday, West Midlands Police said the pair have now been charged with murder and an alternative charge of manslaughter.Mohamed appeared at the same court on Monday and has been sent to appear at the city's crown court on Wednesday.
