Two fighting for life after log flume cart derails injuring four in Athens
He is said to have told ANT1 TV, that the theme park's officials blamed the four visitors for the accident claiming they were "standing up".
Police officers who rushed to the scene launched an investigation into the incident and arrested the theme park's shift manager and the legal representative. The popular ride is considered one of the safest at the theme park with each carriage carrying up to four people reaching heights of nearly 50ft before plummeting into the water.
Sources told the outlet the reason behind the accident was that the water level was not within the required limits.
