TWO Glasgow residents have won a huge amount of cash in the Postcode Lottery.
Two neighbours living on Estate Road in Carmyle scooped £408,990 each after G32 8AJ was announced as the winning postcode for Saturday’s Millionaire Street prize in the People’s Postcode Lottery.The pair who won the biggest prizes chose to remain anonymous.ScotlandMark Dempsey, Service Leader at The Michael Tracey Project said: “We feel so incredibly lucky to have received the news of funding this week.
“It will help us to considerably elevate our offering as a charity with the purchase of a new minibus – something we’ve never had. “This is not only beneficial for the charity, but also for the families of the brilliant young adults we look after, as they no longer need to rely solely on lifts and taxis to get them to our facilities – the more we can do to help, the better."
