Cottam Parkway back on track after wrangle over landThe RSPCA is investigating the death of two kittens who were found in Leyland this week.
The vet said it was his opinion that the injuries had been caused deliberately and not as a result of the kittens having been involved in a road traffic accident or attacked by another animal.People who live locally are being urged to check for potential CCTV and Ring doorbell footage. “Unfortunately neither kitten was microchipped, so we don’t know who they belonged to or where they might have come from. It’s a horrific incident which has greatly upset everyone involved, and I’d particularly like to thank the kind member of the public who found them and took what action they could.”Anyone with information is urged to contact the RSPCA’s appeals line, in confidence, on 0300 123 8018 quoting incident number 01334778.Sign up below to receive Blog Preston's email newsletter.
