Cops were called to a report of a disturbance on Allison Street in Govanhill at around 4.20pm yesterday .Police confirmed two men, aged 22 and 42 years old, and two male youths, aged 14 and 15, ahve been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.It is understood the disturbance officers are treating this as a separate incident to a serious assault which caused the death of a 70-year-old man at around 11.55pm on Friday, April 12 on Victoria Road.spokesperson said:"Around 4.
