Four other men are on bail as investigations into the Blundell Close incident continue

Two men have been charged after gunshots were reportedly fired on a St Ann's street. Nottinghamshire Police officers were called to Blundell Close at around 12.25am on Thursday, September 19, carrying out extensive investigations at the scene.

In an update released on Monday , Nottinghamshire Police says two men have now been charged over the incident and will appear in court in late October. Greg Emakpor, 20, has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life, arson, possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, and possessing ammunition without a certificate.

He has also been charged with possessing Class A and B drugs with intent to supply. Kyaron Mitchell, 21, has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life, possessing ammunition without a certificate, and arson. He has also been charged with possessing Class A and B drugs with intent to supply. Emakpor, of Newton Aycliffe in Durham, and Mitchell, of Argyle Street in Nottingham, have been remanded into custody and will both appear at Nottingham Crown Court on October 25.

Another 20-year-old man was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of arson, firearms and drugs offences and has been released on police bail. Three other men all remain on bail as investigations into what happened continue.
