Rochester, N.Y. — Two people face charges after they allegedly beat a city security guard, with one of them using a baseball bat, at a park Monday night.
Investigators learned the security guard had informed a group of people parked in a vehicle that the park was closing.
Other occupants allegedly got out with baseball bats, with one of them striking the guard several times before the group drove off. Omayra Hulsizer, 37, is charged with second-degree assault after she allegedly hit the victim with a baseball bat. She was taken to Monroe County Jail.
