West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed that two people were taken to hospital following the incident
Two people have been taken to hospital in Birmingham after a fairground ride 'collapsed'. Officers at the scene allegedly told reporters that the 55-metre-high Star Flyer ride had been involved in the incident.
