A 16-year-old boy has died after being stabbed in a park in Bristol. The teenager was attacked in Rawnsley Park play area in the St Phillips area of the city on Wednesday evening. Avon and Somerset Police said he was attacked by two people wearing masks who then fled on bicycles.

The attack happened in a park in Bristol ‘Our collective thoughts are with the victim’s family and loved ones during what is undoubtedly a very difficult time. ‘Specialist family liaison officers have been assigned to the family to provide them with support and keep them updated on the investigation.’ Last month Max Dixon, 16, and 15-year-old Mason Rist were stabbed to death in the city ‘by a number of people’ who then fled in a car.
