Police have arrested two teenagers after the Cenotaph in Rochdale was daubed with ‘Free Palestine’ graffiti and green and white paint.
Greater Manchester Police said the two teenagers were arrested on suspicion of causing racially aggravated criminal damage and remain in police custody at this time for questioning. “I want to assure the public that Greater Manchester Police is taking the incident very seriously and we have been working with partners to carry out swift arrests.
